Play

PLAY is a new Icelandic low-cost airline offering affordable flights between Europe and North America via Iceland. PLAY operates newer Airbus A320 aircraft making the flight across the Atlantic more comfortable with less emission.

The direct flight between our airports in North America and Iceland takes approx. 4-6 hours and direct flights between Iceland and our many destinations in Europe take anywhere from 3 to 6 hours. Connecting flights to and from the USA from PLAY's hub in Iceland, one of the world's most comfortable airports, depart daily.

Our passengers can opt to change a short layover into a prolonged multi-day stopover in Iceland for no additional cost which is a great option for anyone whose bucket list includes Iceland. With its magical landscapes, famous nightlife and friendly locals, Iceland is one of the most exciting destinations for international travel in the 21st century.

Much like our home country Iceland, “the safest country in the world”, safety always comes first at PLAY with our other core principles being on-time performance, simplicity, happiness and low prices.

PLAY aims to be a cheaper, more comfortable and sensible way to travel across the Atlantic.
