Húsavík Camping Ground

Húsavík Campsite is conveniently located within walking distance of Húsavík's town centre, swimming pool, shops and restaurants. It is an excellent base for travellers who want easy access to local services while exploring the attractions of North Iceland.

The campsite accommodates tents, caravans, camper vans and motorhomes. Facilities include toilets, hot showers, laundry facilities and free Wi-Fi.

Known as Iceland's whale watching capital, Húsavík offers daily whale watching tours on Skjálfandi Bay, along with museums, cafés and a lively harbour area. Many of North Iceland's most popular attractions, including Goðafoss, Ásbyrgi and Lake Mývatn, are also within easy driving distance.

We don´t walk around to collect payments but campers should come and pay at campsite reception. They are free to take a spot, use facilities, connect to electricity and come to receptions during working hours 9 - 11:30 and 19-22 to check in and pay.
