Pétur is ready to knit through the meeting nonsense.

Now, just choose a time—please note/confirm the time zone!—and you're one step closer to booking Pétur and skipping your next very skippable meeting.

Meet Pétur Oddbergur Heimisson, 41, who lives in Reykjavík. He first learned to knit in primary school, like many Icelanders of his generation, and picked the needles back up while working at Hotel Flatey in Breiðafjörður. He’s been hooked ever since. He loves how knitting helps him slow down, and how a pattern gradually takes shape. His favorite place in Iceland? Flatey, of course, for its tranquility, nature and people, and the many memories he made there. For visitors to Reykjavík, he says a trip to one of the city’s swimming pools is an absolute must, followed by a concert, a good meal and a stroll through the city center. The biggest misconception? That Icelanders live in snow houses!
