Odintours offers a combination of Spanish and Icelandic hospitality and traditions with an emphasis on creating a ‘no stress’ ambience, thereby maximizing the ‘here and now’ consciousness. And offering a quality service and complying with our promise of a unique experience.

Main objectives – To offer our guests personal service accompanied with a unique experience of the Icelandic Nature through livery stables and longer adventure excursions. The emphasis will be on safety and the dissemination of information that will create joy and happiness. We will introduce our guests to the lay of the land and the history of the settlement of Höskuldsstadir and Breiddalur.

Farm house stay
A farm house stay in a room with a view – Were we offer either made-up beds or your own Sleeping bag, optional break-fast but not included.
We are open for business all year around.

CottageA Cottage with a breathtaking view, an independent stay. If you want to get away from it all and stay in one of Iceland’s most beautiful valleys, then this is a unique opportunity for you and your family.
We offer you a whole year house situated on our farm, Höskuldsstadir in Breiddalur, comprised of a double bedroom, bathroom, living room with a double sofa bed plus accommodation upstairs. The house is fully furnished to a high standard with everything you need for a relaxing and peaceful stay.
Which you can reserve for both shorter or longer periods. You can chose from either made-up beds or your own Sleeping bag.
We are open for business all year around.

Our Hiking Tours:
We supply you with a detailed hiking map, a compass and a picnic. Leaving Höskuldsstadir, these two hiking routes are intended for the more experienced hikers. Both pass historical sites from the time of Viking settlers.
We also offer shorter but equally attractive hiking routes for the less experienced hikers. Please contact us for further and more detailed information
 
Our Guided Horse Tours
We have over 20 years experience in guided horse tracking tours, both short and long, all over Iceland’s interior.
Odin Tours horses range from beginners to exhibition or competition ability.
Our objective is to produce happiness and enjoyment and we are aiming for an unique Experience.
Before our ride commences we offer to all our riders a demonstration in riding the Icelandic style, TÖLT, and also exercise time in our teaching paddock, free of charge.
Our tours are tailored to fulfil all your wishes and dreams of riding the unique Icelandic horse in indescribable beautiful scenery, testing both horse and the human limits.
We offer guided riding tours all year around; in winter with its stars, moon and Northern light riding. During the summer season we ride 24/7 due to Iceland’s midnight sun.
Prices from ISK 5.000 per person

In eastern Iceland, we are located on the main road 1 (Ring Road), about 24km north from Breiddalsvik.
We are available all year. During winter you have to be careful because the main road can be closed coming from north. In that case the best solution is to turn onto the 92 at Egilsstadir and 30 km later take road 96 down the coast to Breiddalsvik.
