Eskifjörður Camping Ground

Í Fjarðabyggð community has organized camping grounds in all major villages. They are all free of charge with the exception of Mjóifjörður camping ground. All the grounds have grill facilities and playgrounds for children. 
The Eskifjörður camping ground is located at Bleiksá river at the town entrance, encircled by scenic brushes. The camping place has showers, WCs, electricity for camping cars and a good playground for children. The local swimming pool is close by, as is a café and a Shell service station.
